Well soon as i thought the animal bike tour was up its off again and singapore here i come!

Me, Martyn Ashton and Robin Kitchin will be there for 2 weeks and planning to go check out some places to ride between the tour whilst there so i’m looking forward to that.

Haven’t got a clue what its like so i’l get some regular updates for the blog while i’m there.

Beside that, i’ve been training really hard with my fitness on my road bike and swimming because of my knee injury and its feeling alot better now. should be jumping around again soon!!
